About Adam

Adam has a simple goal- to make a difference. After years of success in the car business, in 2010, he sold his dealerships to help people find their passion and drive, and most importantly, arm them with the tools leading to transformation. Adam saw a disconnect between what people know and what people do. This led him to building Excellence Trainer, a result-driven business, aimed at understanding why we do what we do.
